On the turn i guess u have to call but it kinda sucks to call vs a calling station b/c he often has a set and maybe even a floped gutshot, turned str8.
He also could have a really bad played AA or KK, AQ,KQ,Q10.
      Maybe he has a opsd+pair so 10k, or K6. Maybe a Ksxs.
So ya call with the odds you r getting

BB min raises preflop, I would put him on some kind of big speculative hand with which he want a bigger pot on the flop, but doesn't want to scare hands out with a bigger raise.

With what would he do this? Depends, a fish would do this even with QQ+ I would put him on 89s,T9s, KQs+, QQ+. Anyway, it could as well just be seen as a straddle IMO, meaning he has air and wants the pot to be bigger if he hits in this family pot.

Flop is ok, narrow the field a bit, see where you're at.

With what do you expect BB to call your flop bet? Sets & 2pair less likely, because they would have protected. Flushdraws and straighdraws. On the turn only 2 straight draws complete, AK (which villain could have) and 98 (the double belly buster).

      He raises when hits.

I'm almost certain that I'm beat when villain raises (if he didn't misplayed AA,KK totally). But I don't know if I can muck giving the amount I have to call to be all in.

So call is ok. He still might have weaker 2 pairs, TPGK, monster-draw (KdQd) and other misplayed hands.
