      definitely 2nd barrel , on the flop he can call ALLLL day long with any2 cards.After the turn he would only go further with few of his hands.I'd say your 2nd barrel will work 80 % of the time versus pocket pairs , floating hands like JT , T9 and many many others A high hands.)

      I would do a delayed c-bet here. Just check/c flop against midstack, then bet high card turn. If he calls turn you have no option but to give up the hand if the River doesn't bring a A or a K.

      With your Flop line, I would definitely 2nd barrel the Q on the Turn. You can make a lot of pairs fold.
