Takin the 3bet in account now I think I should've folded flop.

His 3% range looks like flip against your QQ. Possible scenarios from such a nit are bad for us. If he has AA/KK - we're burned. If he has JJ/TT he won't continue playing in 3bet pot against two villains with K on the board. If he has AK and he hits A or K - we're burned, if he won't hit - he folds. If they are both solid players I could think of folding this.
If we're shoving flop - he just calls us with hands we are beaten by. Not really thing we want, eh? If he's cbetting a lot, call it down and see turn action which is clear fold now, but I would think bout folding flop as we have two UTG villains, 3bet pot, K high... Just seems like QQ killing machine. :)
That's my humble opinion, could be completely wrong.

      You are right.

3% range you can count it as AA , KK , QQ and AKs + AKo.So he has you on the flop you can't go on.

I think I like folding flop, since AK is very often in his range and you also loose to KK and AA
