      wow great advice :D

Im no BSS expert, but in hand 3 I'd raise bigger preflop and shove the flop (OP in 3bet pot). As played i'd fold the turn. He has set or flush there most of the time.

The rest of the hands seems okish to me.

Hmmm i probably should of shoved the flop, either way i would of got it all in. least on the turn i get the redraw i guess but still he hit that flop in every concievable way.

Yeah taavi i bow down to your greatness and knowledge :P

hand 4 you should definitely check behind on the turn, when your opponent with an aggression factor of 11 checks after reraising on the flop you should definitely be worried., just let him give you that free card.
hand 1 blind v blind qq are golden you just hit the top of his range so bad luck.
Hand 2 you need to raise the turn to try to extract value from a high spade and build the pot before they lose the draw. If another spade hits only the king will pay you off anything else they will just call with.
Hand 3 looks okay to me to call on the turn as you have the queen of spades it is less likely he will have the flush. I think I would possibly fold or push on the flop though, most of the time it will be a combo draw that you have a tiny advantage over. Based on his aggression stat I might even have been able to find a fold on the flop

I'm having a sick downswing too right now.. :( Just for example, couple of my last hands that i lost.. (i play at party poker, SSS, NL2)
Q8 (i was big blind) to T2 on Q88 flop. (he got running tens) - officially the biggest suckout i've ever had (99,6% chance of losing)
      QQ to 33
      QQ to JJ
      AA to AJ

I just hate losing almost every single hand that i should have won. :/ Makes me sick.

Actually hand 3 and 4 was your own foult. In hand 3 the flop bet was ok, but after his minraise you should either fold or shove, not really an other option there. On that kind of flop his either bluffing since he doesn't put you on low cards and is trying to bluff you out, or he has a set, strait or a combo draw in which case you're rarely are either flipping or are way behind. In any case you can never call there. Even if an A or K comes on the turn you're in an ugly spot since he'd be raising with AKs on that flop as well and in this case its a flip.

Hand 4 is also pretty poorly played. For a guy with AF 11 he shows more strength with a check then with a bet. You should just take a free card and then stack him on the river if you hit. If you dont you have an easy fold.

Your play looks tilty more then downswingish. You lost chips unnecessarily in virtually every hand you posted.

      focus man, that's most important.
In last hand really you should take free card after check raise flop. Your opponent made huge mistake.
In first for half stack, it depends on stats and read, but his range is maybe TT+ AJs+.
With QQ you really have option to shove or fold, tough spot again. This redraw is result oriented, would you have called if Jh came in?
The first hand is sick, he is real donk, but you payed him out. It's hard just to call, really but either he have bigger full or slow played flush on turn. Depends on player.
