ID confirmation

      I have been waiting for more than a couple of days the customer support team, to give me the $50 starting bonus on my full tilt account, but to then get an email saying that I have to send them ulterior ID check, with the scan of my ID...
      The funny thing is that I have actually done that as well
      and I am just very curious to see how much longer will it take...

      Hi Damir90,

      It sounds like their email has probably crossed in the post with your email enclosing ID docs.
      It can sometimes take a few days for them to check everyones ID, as you can imagine we get a lot of new applicants here and they are picked up in order they are received.

      If support haven't got back to you in a few days, then by all means drop them a ticket, but I'm sure the docs you sent are in the process of being checked.
