      Make it $0.4 preflop.

      As played on the flop if you don't c-bet check/folding is fine and likely the best line against people you don't expect to bluff to often when checked to. Otherwise just c-bet to prevent him from bluffing at you when you can't call and give up if he doesn't go away.
