      I have no idea, I guess if you call turn you have to call river because if he's bluffing he should technically follow through?

      I'd usually just bet the flop for protection unless villain is known to be check/raise happy.

      As played betting the turn is fine and when he raises, without reads I have no idea either. Either he slowplayed an overpair on flop/turn or he has nothing and figures you don't either, and it's impossible to weight those ranges with no idea who that guy is. As long it stays relatively cheap I don't mind calling down, at least it'll show him he can't bully you around too much.
