This happend to me in one 1k hand session. During session I was all in 5 times and was 70%+ dog every time.

      1. Just started session, I make good reed, good call, but bed result. I know I shuldn't risk entire BI on 76, but that was one of hero calls.

Preflop: Hero is BU with 7, 6.
2 folds, CO raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.75) 3, 6, 5 (2 players)

      Results follow:

      CO shows a pair of kings(Q K).
      Hero shows a pair of sixs(7 6).

CO wins with a pair of kings(Q K).

      2. Never mind, one bed beat is nothing, that was questionable play any way. Now I have TT, raise pre flop, C-bot on flop and I face raise. So, I'm thinking he could have stright or set, raise is really big, he dosn't go for value, he thinks I have AK and he pushes me arround, all in.

      3. Never mind, two bed beats is nothing, I colud awoid them any way. Now I have 66, I call min raise pre flop and WOW top set. Original raiser check I bet and face raise again. Now, I am thinking, he is BU, he just called pre flop so he can have straight, two pairs, smaller set, smo kind of over pair 77-TT, or even flus or straight draw, so my set is good against his range. I've decided to re-raise and shove if he re-raise, all in.

      5. Ok 4 in row, I am winning next one for sure. Now I have J9s limp from UTG no one raises and I can se the flop. WOW, nuts straight on the rainbow flop, colud it be any better. SB bets, I raise he calls, so I'm thinking he is on draw or some kind of made hand, two pairs or set, so if safe card comes out I'll bet for value. Turn card is safe, even better he colud complet smaller straight, so I bet for value, he raises but I have the nuts, so all in.

      Poker doesn't suck.
      You suck.
You played most of the hands horribly and you know it.
Limping J9s utg? That's soooo -EV I can't stress it enough. But nice, come again!
Going broke with a flush draw on the first hand? Super, welcome, sir, donate me some money!
Small over-pair being re-raised and you push? With what worse hand would he do that? Ok, this time you found a pair + oesd vs you but usually you are crushed against his re-raising range.

Sixes and the next tens were beats but shit happens. All the time.

Just keep calm no matter what. Pull the plug when you are distracted and on tilt. Tilt drains bankrolls. So just stop when you feel you are off your A-game. And don't bullshit me with stuff like: I've to play xxxx hands/day. If you lack the willpower to be calm under a lot of pressure you don't have to play xxxx hands/day.

      Cheers,
      Georgi

p.s. it's spelled BAD beats. Not BED. Bed is something you usually sleep on.

I advise you to skip this part. :)

It has already been said, but it can not be stressed too much: Your play was less than perfect. I would not say completely horrible, as the villains made plays surpassing you in any bad decisions you may have made.

Other than that, being calm helps.

You might try SNG's, or MTT's, if you fancy spending several hours playing poker. I myself find any kind of ring came unplayable, but have done relatively well in tournaments.
