Can you tell us what his range is and what % of the hands in it he is folding?

Personally I don't like semi-bluffing flop (although I prefer it to turn) with just FD and no pair or overs or straight outs and his turnbet looks strong enough I do not percieve much Fold-Equity, I rather play for implieds.

That said I do need to learn some new situations to achieve good bluff results in :p

      Hi,

I think your line is fine if you think he's capable of folding AK-type stuff by the river, tho I'd probably make the turn raise a bit bigger so that it doesn't look cheap. ~$4.5 so that it still leaves us with fold equity on the river, shoving ~$9.5 into ~$11.

By default I don't really expect him to fold much after c-betting twice so strongly, so I think the worst line you can take would be to raise the turn and not bluff the river, since I don't think there is much value in just building the pot on the turn, given that your flush outs will make it easier for him to get away when you get there.

I'd probably call again and if checked to on the river, make a relatively small bluff, just looking to fold out stuff like better busted draws, that way when he's check/calling there we can get away with losing less.

      Hope it helps.
