      Open-raise preflop, otherwise your range will be JJ+ and it'll be pretty damn easy to play against you. TT is clearly strong enough to come in with a range even from early position.

      As played I'd call down unless I knew BB to be a tight reg. You don't look like you could ever have a big pair after limping preflop and BB is betting so small/weak that he could be valuebetting/blockbetting a worse overpair or something.
