It's sick that nobody can tell why.
fulltilt reffering to pokerstrategy who reffering to fulltilt.
maybe I will just send them both my bills so they will pay it?
WTF? is it a serious buisness or a kid joke?

      Hello!

I've merged your threads. As for the rakeback problem, I have no idea what the problem could have been, but sometimes there are some delays. Patiently waiting usually does the trick, however I understand it may be hard for you if you need to pay the bills. Are you sure you did not use any Full Tilt Points as that might reduce your rakeback?

      Best regards,

      Primzi

July 4th is a big holiday in the United States and a lot of people take vacation around that time, it is possible that the holiday and summer vacation is slowing things down in the processing department.

only in the gambling industry companies may afford to treat their best customers like that.
not sending money and not having any answers or a clue about what is going on

      Hey Vic ,
I guess you got it eventually.
      Is everything ok now ?
Not worth getting upset over this.

I would say it is worth getting upset , if the money is in the hundreds.

A lot of peoples rakeback was afeected by the Rush Poker Promotion, whatever you claimed comes off of your MGR and therefore some people may even be entering next with a negitive RB balance.

I don't have my Rakeback through PS.com but another affliate who give you a handy web page where you can check deductions etc. The rakeback scheme works exactly the same through any affliate though. So that's probably the cause, and the reason why I know for all you doubters out there. :P

If your Rakeback is affected by these promotions then surely there pointless for anyone collecting rake? Gain bonus = loss in rate!

You have bonuses that often do you? It comes off your Monthly Gross rake and you still gain 27% on anything else.

      Another Affiliate

All rakeback is on the net profit Full Tilt make from the account. Obviously these figures are extremely rough and will vary greatly depending on stakes/short handed or full ring etc. but say you paid $300 in rake or tournament fees in a given month, and cleared $100 of bonus:

Assuming there were no other negatives like processing charges on the account, your rakeback is 27% of ($300 rake - $100 bonus), or 54 dollars, plus you also got $100 in bonus - total $154.

If you were just getting rakeback, you would have received 27% of $300, or $81.

If you were just getting the bonus, you would have got $100.

Hope I've explained that OK, if not, let me know.
