      Villain is 29/5/1.1

Is call on river ok with such passive villain leading on river?

      Hi,

getting those odds, I'd call every day on river and make a note, but I'd expect to be behind.
Turn bet for free showdown is very good.
I expect him to have a set here quite often which is blockbetting himself.
But I expect that he won't fold even if you push.

      Best regards,
      Anin

      I think its ok.

Flop and turn are clear, by this odds you cannot fold the river.

You just have to be ahead in 1 of 5 cases, I think this is given.
