      Hard to say without reads, this looks very much like he flopped a strong flush, as overpairs/sets/small flushes would usually want to raise that flop to begin with especially 3-way, and pretty much only strong made flushes will feel confident just flatting in that spot knowing they're quite unlikely to be outdrawn. Then again if he's a bad player he might very well do that with overpairs or Qx of spades.

      So overall with us being 160bb deep, I'd most likely call and open shove all board pairing rivers. If you think he's a fish and/or can have overpairs on the turn there, just jam on him.
