      No....I don't think you should bet on the turn. Check for pot control. And check behind or call the river depending on your opponent. Right?

      Hi snowylee!

      I think a second barrel on the turn makes sense because the J most likely didn't help your opponent. If you call you can check behind on the river for a free showdown. If you check the turn, an overcard appears on the river and your opponent bets you have to fold. That's the worse outcome imo.

      Yes my reasoning for betting the turn were along those lines you mentioned Puschkin. I was not sure at all if it was correct though so its nice to know I made a pretty ok decision then :)
