      His bet on the river is pretty big so it probably isnt a a 9 pair that he is value betting, so it could be usually I think its an A probably with medium kiker AT+, or JJ also possible, so agaisnt this one is good fold, maybe some other opponent a call.

      Agreed. If you've already seen villain make weird bets on the river seemingly for no reason go ahead and call it, some players just don't care and they'll bet worse pairs even if it makes no sense. They usually don't do it so big tho so folding is fine when in doubt.
