      First of all the board is particularly nasty. The opponent's donkbet could either indicate: a)a monster, b)a FD/OESD/ combo draw c)some sort of pair.
      To find out where I stood, raised him on the flop and promptly he re-raised me, showing me that he in fact did have a monster.

      My questions: what would be the correct 3bet size on the flop?
      And when is it +EV to call his shove? (what stats would player have to have?)
