Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      CO (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is CO with K, K.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.35, 2 folds, BB calls $0.25.

      Flop: ($0.75) Q, 4, J (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.55, BB calls $0.55.

      Turn: ($1.85) Q (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero checks.

      River: ($1.85) Q (2 players)
BB bets $1.45, Hero raises to $4.45, BB raises to $12.11, Hero calls $4.90.

      Final Pot: $23.31.

      Results follow:

BB shows four of a kind, queens(Qc Ks).
Hero shows a full-house, queens full of kings(Kc Kh).

BB wins with four of a kind, queens(Qc Ks).

      Villain is Reg 17/11/33 (VP/PR/AFq)

After that turn, my plan was to fold on river unless another heart shows up, then I would call reasonable bet or bet/fold. But when another Q shows up I just couldn't fold because only two hands that beats me are unlikely (Qx, AA). Is it ok to fold here or I will be ahead often enough to call?
