      Sample Size is very important right here. For the stat you quote you need many hundred hands on villain.

      Personally I think because the flop is drawy you cannot fold it right here as he can be doing this with many draws not just sets.

      I would at least b/c flop and evaluate on the turn
      Even passive players can c/r there draws
