      Hero (SB): $43.72
      BB: $8.69
      CO: $19.12
      BTN: $12.77

Pre Flop: ($0.30) Hero is SB with A  Q :spade:
CO raises to $0.40, BTN raises to $0.60, Hero calls $0.50, 1 fold, CO calls $0.20

      Flop: ($2.00) 2 :spade: J :spade: Q :club: (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.00, BTN calls $1, Hero calls $1

      Turn: ($5.00) 3  (3 players)

      River: ($7.80) K :spade: (2 players)

Villain is normally tight but I think he is adjusting to the Openraiser who is a bit of a whale so his range shouldn't be quite so rocklike right here.

That king of spades on river completed so many hand that villain is playing agains a fishy opponent. By the line he took I would put him on some combodraw. Calling river makes sense if he bluffs really a lot (cuz Ks is a nice scare card).

river fold is fine, but again you can lead out yourself on the flop and turn
If you want you can also c/r and play for stacks, since again there isn´t too many better cards than yours
