      I never raise in those spots, because usually people donking there will have a range of

      - monsters they'll bet/3bet
      - air they'll just check/fold on the turn anyway
      - more rarely (because he bet so strong) some middling pair+draw hands that they'll bet/call with

      So what little fold equity we have on a raise is mostly useless since we can get the pot on the turn against that part of his range. Against monsters we'll get blown off our draw and lose our chance to stack them. Against middling pair+draw hands we'll bloat the pot without ever knowing how far we have to push it to make that guy fold those hands, or even if it's even possible to get him to fold.
