Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      MP3 (Hero):

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A, 5.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, 2 folds, SB calls $0.35, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.9) 7, 5, 7 (2 players)
SB bets $0.64, Hero raises to $1.28, SB raises to $3.00, Hero calls $1.72.

Better to fold here? I suspected a bluff.

Villain: VPIP:8 PFR:8 AF:infinty(?) AFQ:60 there somewhere on this site where the various statistics are explained and how to read them? For example, how can I tell from looking at the stats whether someone is loose/tight passive/aggressive, etc.

I'll usually just call the flop in case he's full of it on that dry-ish paired board, some people like to stab at that but they'll usually not follow up on it too often.

As far as stats are concerned, 8/8 looks pretty tight already even if it happens to be a small sample, so I'd say he's probably not bluffing there often and he's likely not following up either unless he has at least a nutted draw.

I guess I should recommend this for your learning poker hud stats:

      Hope it helps.
