      Opponent is : 17/14/2,8 3bet% is 5,7 . Here he has 3betted me couple of times already, I folded before. Is it ok to 4bet bluff and is my betsizing ok ? Now if he calls - can I cbet this board ?

      Since you open pot and he 3-bets you quite big, you can 4-bet but his hand range is still quite strong (around 6%) and he is getting quite good odds to see flop ip.
      So yes you can do it, but I wouldn´t. He is not messing around that much or if he decides to play loose, he is likely up and going to shove or look at least flop.
      C-bet that board is ok, you don´t have any showdown value with Qx and if he calls you can shove A, J, heart turn which is quite a lot :) and likely c/c with Q and T turn.
      But in general 4-betting hand like QT would force you to play for stacks postlfop which was likely not your initial plan just raising it pf.
