      which kind of regular are we talking about, if it is 15/13 or smt, you can also 3-bet pf, sine I think he would often raise/4-bet there or call ip and might easily stack off KQ on Qxx board
      Postflop: You´re beat likely AQ and AA, sometimes also with sets.
      He can play 77-JJ this way, but likely most of the players would take free showdown, so c/f seems better option than c/c
      You can also take another line where you see showdown. Lead river 2-3$ and see what he does. it is very tempting to raise river then with worse hands and then I like b/c, also if he has worse hand, like QJ, he may just take the showdown. So you gain there more by worse hands, include sometimes bluffs and see showdown. To me all very nice things at poker :P
