I am just wondering whether maybe I should fold turn due to the betsizing being different? I note he bets 1/2pot flop but 3/4 turn. Does this mean he auto-cbet flop and now he's valuebetting Ax turned FH? I decided it might also just be him really wanting me to fold so betting big so I called. Standard second barrel spot for him imo.

If you like to guess you can c/c turn , hope he won't bet the river but if he does take a guess again...
Even if we know that he can pull a 3barrel bluff (which I doubt for NL25 FR players) it can be very expensive to find out.
I'd save the money and c/f the turn.

if you´re not planning to call him down and his stats are quite tight then I would prefer folding turn.
If you don´t want to get bluffed, you can always just bet yourself on the turn :) and then c/f river
