      I wouldn't call his bet on the river at rush poker unless I have more reads he is agressive.He can easily be pot controlling with Ax that doesn't want to bet/call or bet/fold depending on your actions,and even be holding flush himself.River bet he made looks pretty much like a value bet of Ax,flush and even a 7.And the only hand you beat (despite a bluff) are QJ,QT.

      I would 3-bet KQ oop to take initiative
      I would also bet out river myself, since I think he may call me with worse hands, also if you bet 4$ then you don´t have to c/c or c/f bigger river bet
