I don't play rush poker so I'm not sure light people are 3betting bu vs mp. Against a tight 3bet range I'd 4bet to 12.5$ trying to get the money in pf. It easier to get whole his stack this way and also pepole can do a mistake and 5 bet spazz there.
As played, I'd c/c the flop too (if it's hu it's an easy c/r cause pepole won't put you on overpair there)
on the turn u hit the stone cold nuts, against aggo guys it's a nice card to use to make them spew their stack by betting small and inducing a raise.
After he checks behind the turn either I'd say he either
      -Slowplaying AJ
-trying to get to sd with medium strength pp 77-TT (or A6 that he 3bet bluffed with)
-has QQ-KK and doesn't like the Ace.
-trying to get a free card with a fd
      - giving up with broadways.

On the river it's an easy b/c , I'd bet smaller tho, since he can't call such a big bet with his bottom range. (and can't bluff raise us with his air)

River bet is questionable since even a lower bet can be called only by QQ/KK/TT but if he thinks a little bit he isn't beating anything and it will look strongly like a value bet that he won't call .I like betting big there to look like you are bluffing. The flop and turn lines are okey.I think if the turn was another club you should be betting there almost all day long but you will probably face an all in which will be a though spot because he is 100% going all with QQ/KK(with a club) or any J maybe other hands with A(of clubs too). Also flating the 3bet is perfectly fine since many people 3bet wide from BU using position and will only continue with their top range e.g. you will be loosing greatly value from any hands he has that will fold, but he will be playing most of the time either trying to bluff you are with any showdown value.

      I think it is fine
You can c/r flop small like 16$ to induce shove, but I think c/c is also reasonable
Like b/c river. i think he don´t always bet there for value JJ-KK
