I think raising the turn is kinda overplaying your hand. Personally i like your line/

I think he may b/f there better hands, like AQ or KK/AA. And he may easily b/c there with worse draws, so unless you don´t want to go to showdown i think turn shove is better than call turn and fold to river bet
This way you see showdown and also sometimes protecting your hand against worse hands

If you were to raise anything it should be the flop to make AQ/AJ fold and maybe even some other strong hand.THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE but you are having the superior position over both of them as your raise here will be strongly appreciated like JQ or set and he will continue with top of his range, this is never good but since you got some backdoors you can easily hit turn and river. Also by this play with this position you are balancing your truly monster hands which they will give you credit to be raising here.

His bet on the turn is most of the times a stronger than your hand which you don't got enough equity to bet/broke.With KhQh you are getting 28% vs 72% with his range being AA/KK/QQ/JJ/JQ/AQ as i don't think he is betting much other hands there. He might be and you can't ever be sure for that but he is never stacking with a worst hand than yours there.A call on the turn is definitely fine and fold to river bet as well as even AK/TT got there if he had decided to cbet.
