      Bet more on the flop like 2.50 as the preF aggressor.

      Turn bet is ok and I also think you have to give it up on the river because with the 2 that doesn't help he is not going to give up any hands that he would call Flop and Turn with.

      you can consider c/c river, since draws missed and I doubt he is going to valuebet there Tx, although you beat some Tx hands

      I like block betting(something like 4.50$)the river he can easily have KJ/J9/89 there and maybe more gutshot hands which have a T.You are probably going to be called by only a hand that beats you so if you think your opponent is calling only made hands on the turn check/folding is best.
