      nice line since you 4bet and he called preflop you can take easily this line as he will be inclined to fold alot of his hands that contain A or JJ/KK because when you bet you are unlikely to fold and most of the time you are with QQ/AA or AK.So i like to let him bet with whatever he has even it can be a lot worst hand like suited connectors which he will fold to your bet.

      I´d prefer 4-bet bigger to 12-13$, since you´re also oop
      Postlfop is fine. i think c/rai is very optimal there and if he checks back you can always bet turn and shove river
