Betting bigger on the flop is a MUST on this board texture because it's super heavy draw and many hands got at least a gutshot or OESD.Alot of his hands can even easily have enough equity to raise/broke the flop such as T9/All flushdraws which will have gutshots or overcards. On the turn it's okey to check behind and call a shove because he can either be bluffing or most of the time having 2pair/OESD+flushdraw which you are still ahead of.Although in some cases I think he will be shoving a made straight there and even a set because of the heavy draw board.

I think both b/c or c/rai are fine at that spot against middle stack
you should be ahead enough times
