Ok, this guy was calling a lot of things

I SAW HIM LIMP WITH ACES but I saw him call raises with crap.

When I saw him in the hand I tried to isolate him, how is my play?

      Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (8 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      UTG+1 ($2.23)
      MP1 ($1.75)
      MP2 ($2.88)
      CO ($2.03)
      Button ($1.97)
      Hero (SB) ($2)
      BB ($1.95)
      UTG ($0.87)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, 10
      1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.02, 4 folds, Hero bets $0.08, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.06

      Flop: ($0.18) 8, 7, 10 (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.18, UTG+1 calls $0.18

      Turn: ($0.54) J (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.39, UTG+1 calls $0.39

      River: ($1.32) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $1.32, Hero folds

      Total pot: $1.32 | Rake: $0.08

I guess we could just assume he hits his flush or straight right?

The question here is mostly, is it ok to raise preflop AT according to what I know about this guy?
