      1. My stats on this table 19/16/2/2/67/75 (VP/PR/AF/3B/FCB/F3B)

      Villains VP/PR/AF/3B/
      BU 22/7/9/7
      BB 24/23/5/20

BU is a short stack fish, limping, calling a lot of hands, donks small bets, raising with air etc...
BB is 3-beting maniac, saw him 3-bet/fold a lot, also b/f in 3-bet or 4-bet pots.

When BU called my raise I was pretty sure BB is going to 3-bet squeeze and I've decided to 4-bet cause I have fold equity against him, and if BU calls my hand is probably ahead of his calling range.

      Full Tilt - $0.25 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

      UTG: $47.01
      MP: $18.98
      Hero (CO): $25.07
      BTN: $4.91
      SB: $25.90
      BB: $25.35

SB posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.35) Hero has Q:heart: K:diamond:

fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.75, BTN calls $0.75, fold, BB raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $9.50, BTN calls $4.16 and is all-in, fold

      Flop: ($13.42, 2 players) 4:spade: J:diamond: 9:heart:

      Turn: ($13.42, 2 players) 3:diamond:

      River: ($13.42, 2 players) T:diamond:

      2. Villain 24/23/5/20

It is the same BB from previous hand. After previous hand he 3-bet my raise in few more spots, so I've decided to see flop and then try to make a move. On flop I thought that unless he has a monster pair he had missed it and I have good fold equity.

      hand 1 ok
      hand 2 not very good

bcs u cant shove KQ on that flop so often to be profitable.
if it works one time it doesnt mean it will work every time.
be agresive is good, but not maniacs at long term= bankrupt

[/quote]Thanks for your reply. I know it wont work every time, maybe only once in while, but I had to try it cause this player was killing everybody at table with his 3-bets and C-bets (me to), so I thought to give it a try once.

I don't do that very often unless I have very good reason to do it, and on this table I was really patient and not that aggressive, so I thought I can represent something there and have fold equity. I didn't wont him to call me of course.

      Cheers

      1) if you´re planning committing yourself then shove KQ rather than make committing 4-bet. he may fold then hands like AQ-AT and smaller pp-s
      2) i think KQ is quite strong hand and you can call ip
Flop it is easy shove. You can likely fold out AQ/AK and smaller pp-s
