      Don't need to be making such a spewy moves because it is sb vs bb.You are about 50% to win versus his entire range so there is no need to be 3betting for value if you had the intention to do.Also when someone 4bets at this limit most of the time he is going all in as this low 4bets are strong QQ+/AK hands which want to make you either shove on their 4bet or just call e.g. want's to keep you in the hand.

      It's NL10 and 4bet bluffing happens way too rare to think about shoving 33 unless you have some uber reads ofc.

      22/19 doesn´t really say if he had 4-bet before, what is your history and why you think he 4-bets there
      Anyway if you have reason to think he would 4-bet you then 3-bet 33 and shove for value is fine play. Unless you don´t have that assumption then 3-bet fold seems better
