      No doubt about raising pre as you totally don't wanna play this 3 way.
      When you made that cbet, you are already committed as you need ~21% equity to call and you totally have it against JJ-AA + KhAh. And, even more, I tend to cross out AA from his hand list as you did solid 4bet, why the hell would he call instead of shoving?
      So overall I would say cbet and make it easier for yourself.

      all sort of junk, starting with 88-QQ, suited connectors, AJ-AK.
      I think you can´t play the hand differently than you did
      If he has there AA or hit his set, then nothing you can do. But he should also shove there worse hands starting draws and ending AJ
