      First 3bet over 97 hands should get credit imo... Not enough data or other reads do really do anything but fold to 3bet really...

      yeah i was thinking i should have gave him credit...... but not untill after lol seem to still have a hard time folding big slick suited to a 3bet

      You may call 3bet as you have solid hand, stacks are deep, so he's giving you great chance to do that, but my advice would be - don't 4bet it if you're not planning on going broke. What can you achieve with calling 5bet and already investing 60 BB's in hand, which is almost half of your stack?
      So overall I would say that 5bet is strong enough for me to believe he has AA/KK (you are blocking few combos, but still) or rarely QQ, so if I would find myself in such a situation - I would still fold. 32/12 is loose, but it's more like he likes limping, not really 5betting with air or random trash.
      Just my humble opinion.

      4-bet with AK is fine, but then you should also shove after he 5-bets or if you think he mostly has there AA/KK then fold is also fine
      problem calling that you miss 2/3 times and have to c/f after putting in 40% of your chips
