Preflop is standard 3bet for 3,5x because I'm OOP. He is shortstack so if he 4bets I'm shipping, if he ships it I'm calling. Against a big stack I'm usualy folding to 4bet without reads. Is it OK or I should change something? Maybe call a 4bet from bigstack?

On the flop I have just a gutshot. Against 1 opp I'm contibeting for 2/3 of pot. Should I make it smaller because of his stack, or maybe becase of a size of a pot? Maybe 1/2 of pot would be better?
As played, should I call if he reraises me?

On that turn and with his stack theres nothing to talk about. I'm just betting for his remaining stack.

I dont like the c-bet on flop, the board hit his range pretty good: JJ QQ AQ KQ TT 99 88 77 maybe even AJ KJ QJ and might be some very crappy hands that hit and wont fold cause he looks like fish.

      Pre seems fine to me.
Cbetting is great thing overall, but you leave him so short that if he shoves you are commited to call (you have to call 0.52$ into 3.1$ if I'm not wrong), but your outs are sooo blurry. Tc, K and even A may be bad card for you as he may have not only FD, but JK/KQ/AJ/AQ.
So I wouldn't cbet and play c/f. Ofc bet that turn card.
      Just my humble opinion.

if players tend to play very aggressive, meaning there are a lot of 3-bet and 4-bets going I´d prefer ship it pf AKs even against full stacks
I would shove flop. You should have enough equity consider his stack size and if you bet 2/3 pot you likely have to call shove
