Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      UTG2 (Hero):

      Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with J, J.
      UTG1 raises to $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, 6 folds, BB calls $0.20.

      Flop: ($0.77) 6, 7, 7 (3 players)
BB checks, UTG1 bets $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, BB calls $0.25.

      Turn: ($1.52) 3 (3 players)
BB bets $0.50, UTG1 folds, Hero raises to $1.60, BB calls $1.02(All-In).

      River: ($4.64) 9 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $4.64.

I have problems playing JJ it seems... Should I mostly play it for set value in Rush, especially OOP? I say this because I can 3bet if villain is loose and if tight or unknown just call... Sounds fine? Or am I loosing too much value?

mostly it depends on the position. if player is opening it on late position I would 3-bet JJ, unless player is really nitty and seems like he has there monster
When players open UTG then their range is littebit tighter, so there you can flat. but mostly it depends how loose or tight are the players.
postflop; your play is fine. I think just calling is ok on the flop and you´re not folding to middlestack on the turn, so shove is also ok
