      He may have FD and Kx/Qx hands he could donk, so raise it up. Potted turn sucks, but against such a player I would shove for value, because it seems like he would raise KQ/99 preflop, so Q9/K9 are only reals hands here that beat you.

      I think when he is potting he is not usually doing that with Kx or random hands
      So you can play there for stacks, although i think taking passive approach and calling flop, calling turn and then either calling down or folding to river shove might be better
      You see two pair or straight too many times that beat your aces
