      That sucks to have c/r by 3bet coldcaller pre and it smells like strength here, but I really expect that he will raise better hands here as I doubt he's willing to make such a move if he has like FD or TT type of hands as he's OOP and he would have too tough decision on turn. He's repping really narrow range by raising so I may call flop, but wouldn't shove turn for sure, it just seems like I'm beaten a bit too often.

      Really hard for him to be bluffing even if he's some random fish in that spot. If he's a reg or a tight passive fish you can probably find a somewhat tough fold on the flop, if he's a random fish or an unknown you're better off going broke on the flop.
