Fold preflop when you have 3bet and a call. Any way you play postflop from here is wrong because they have any PP in they range and some strong suited cards, but then again, you called 3bet to get at least TPTK. Fold after 3bet and observer the action, maybe you get some valuable reads.

      +1 for folding pre. I don't like 3bet 3way pot with AQ.
And regarding the flop as played - you have TP, what do you expect to catch when you called 3bet? If you feel ahead of their ranges, raise it as they may easily calling/betting with AhX and so on, if not - fold pre. But ofc situation on flop sucks as you may easily be beaten. And if you hit A, you can be dominated by AK. So overall - avoid these spots.

Totally agree with Duudalinja & EmanuelC16 I think this is a very easy pre-flop fold.

Post-flop, I again agree, what better flop did you expect to see, if you thought your hand was good pre-flop then why wouldn't it be good now?

29/14 is not the tightest 3-bettor imo, so you can consider calling with AQs, although you can always take safe side and just fold
Since you don´t have flushdraw to your top pair hand I think I´d also fold against bet and call. you might be ahead, but not really that much that you should play for stacks
