      It depends on what kind of player MP2 is. With 19/15 I think he's 2nd barreling a lot of turn cards so I would r/f flop. As it was a 3-way pot and after MP2 bet the flop you had a player behind I would just fold there, because 77 will sometimes be the best hand on the flop, rarely on the turn, not to mention the river.

      I think raise/fold flop is fine
      Don´t see him getting all-in too many worse hands and you take initiative
      As played: you can call or fold turn. It depends how often you think he is barreling there. if you don´t see him barreling air very often then fold is better
