      I wouldn't get fancy without reads and I'd just bet bigger on the flop, like 2/3.

      As played you did give him a good price to stick around on the flop so maybe his calling range is wider, that doesn't mean he has stuff he needs to bet on a blank turn tho, maybe he just called with low pocket pairs to see if you bet the turn and he'll check those back. Maybe he won't even bet draws when checked to because that's just not how he plays. So I'd still just bet out when in doubt and wait for a hint about him being floaty/bluffy before trying inducing lines on him.
