id check does not go thru

      Sorry to hear that you didn't pass the ID check, but customer support do not fail people lightly, they would have had a good reason.

      They are not obliged to provide you the exact reason if by doing so it comprimises the security measures that are required to protect themselves. You can of course check yourself that you have provided all of the correct documentation and completed everything else requested of you etc.

      Don't worry however, you will still be able to enjoy all the benefits of membership here if you decide to join one of the partner poker platforms by depositing a little of your own money.
