i think this could be a 2nd barrel especialy if his 3bet calling range is loose,+he might call on flop many weaker hands and on turn i think u still many times ahead(QQ,KK,AA not likely) his possible hands are 88,99,TT,QA,KA maybe he has some loose hands like connected suitors or small pp .
river folding i think its fine.

I would call 3bet although OOP and play mostly for set value but overpair value is fine too. By 4betting I think he calls JJ+ only even in SB vs BB. As played I think folding river is fine.

I think that river bet + preflop play shows he has a hand here, so folding seems fine to me and overall I think that play is fine as coldcalling 4bet is strange play and I think he may have solid hand.
Regarding preflop play you may 4bet him if he's really 3betting wide as he may have worse hands he will fold and you will win pot right there instead of letting him see fop and hit it, but I think you can call it as well and see what happens on later streets as JJ is marginal holding you are not really willing to go AI preflop against 200BB stacks.

you cat get all-in pf for 200bb, so i think b/c pf is reasonable
But if you want you can ofcourse 4-bet
as played: I think you should bet out again on the turn. It is very likely he´d call with worse hands and you can get more value with worse hands
As played: I´d c/c river, since your hand looks a lot like AK, he can easily valuebet worse hands
