      I think from how you raised pre-flop he is a donkey , otherwise it's not good to 5bet with QQ , u'll only be called by better hands . On the flop your cbet is fine , only a K or AA can beat you , so I don't see any reason to don't bet turn again , you may be often pushed to fold the best hand .

      It looks standard to me. I'd probably bet turn for value too. If called there I would reevaluate the river.

      I hope you are not giving up on turn, but you may c/c it and bet b/f river as that flop is hard to hit and he may bet worse hands/bluffs on turn and you are deep enough to do that.

      you can also c-bet a littlebit smaller on the flop
      I´d also c/c turn and as played: I´d also valuebet river, since his hand looks a lot like medium pp that would call river bet
