      I tend to 3bet these hands at least IP and NL2 is usually not the limit where to 3bet with marginal holdings to which 95s belongs to. I've no idea about particular opp, but you have to be sure he's capable of folding some hands pre or he dies to cbets often.
      I would cbet that flop and most likely you have to bet turn as well if you started this, but as he will usually have Ax/Kx often and he won't fold them ever.

      depends how often people would call your 3-bets, but I also tend just to fold there 95s
      If you don´t know anything to the player folding turn is fine.
