im not isolating such fish with this hand. You wana play for value vs him, not moving and bluffing.
asl played u can either fold or call 1 street, but i doubt he bluffing too much here inspite of his stats so i'd just fold.

I moved the hand to the proper forum.

      As for the hand itself:
Imo it's ok to raise preflop as long as the guys behind you are not too loose (you want to play against the fish, but you don't want another player in the pot who's IP against you).

As played it's close, I think I might actually fold on this flop since a) he should expect us to have a good hand (we raised preflop) so he might be valuebetting against Kx already, and b) it will be very hard to play on future streets.
Any 9, J, Q, K, A and any  are scarecards so we'll only end up making mistakes when we call his bets on blanks as well as when we fold on drawcompleting cards or overcards - and at the same time we can never bet for value, even if he checks the turn we don't really want to bet because there are a lot of better Tx (which he does probably not c/f) in his range so we'd be valuetowning ourselves already.

thats it. we have 2 players behind that will be ip and 2 more could call. Plus T8? I mean what board u want to make really good valuebets even vs fish? Even vs wide range on Txx board we actually could face much Tx with higher kickers.

I think raise pf is fine
Flop: I´d prefer fold, since fishes usually isn´t going to b/f there and I doubt your T8 is that much ahead his leading range on that board
