Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Known players:
      UTG2 (Hero):

      Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with 8, 8.
      Hero raises to $0.20, MP1 calls $0.20, 6 folds, 5 folds, 4 folds, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0.47) A, K, K (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.30, MP1 calls $0.30.

      Turn: ($1.07) 5 (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.70, MP1 calls $0.70.

      Final Pot: $2.47.

villain had 18/15 , after his snap call , I've put him on a PP . Turn looks to me fine to cbet , on the river even I had 3 to 1 , I think I'm beat .

I think I would give up turn, because he called flop that hits your raising range from UTG solidly. I doubt 18/15 is calling flop with gutshot, so I think he may have some Ax, but pushing that off may be tricky as you never know will he fold that.
If he calls a lot of cbets and then fold a lot of turns betting turn may be reasonable, but overall 5d doesn't change much here, so I expect him to call this turn a lot of he called flop.
As played here with betting turn I think giving up on river is the best.

I think you more likely see there A or K if he calls fast, than some pp
      So I´d prefer c/f turn
