      I would lead out flop myself as you have equity in limped pot and that's good reason to do that. After hitting I would keep betting without doubt.
      As played with c/r I wouldn't make it minraise - you have a hand, raise it up solid and get value, he may be betting just some trash he will never go crazy even if you minraise, but he still may call your raise and look for showdown.
