      I think betting is better line as you have additional equity to do that and K is good card to barrel so you can hope fold some better hands out. C/c is an option, but I think it's going to be clumsy situation on river because if you c/c and then bet spade river he will fold a lot of hands so you don't have good equity to call solid turn bet and I think you can't give yourself good implied odds here as well.
